Hannah holds a wide range of qualifications which allow her to provide a thorough fitness service to all Finesse Personal Training clients. She is an Advanced Instructor and holds a YMCA Personal Trainer Award at Level 3, and is qualified in client appraisal and fitness testing. She has completed GP Referral training with the Wright Foundation, and holds a DTLS Foundation Degree in Teacher Training from Cambridge University.
As a qualified instructor in kettle bells, outdoor fitness, boxercise, spinning, circuit training, studio resistance, walking, aqua fit and ETM (Exercise to Music), she can offer a wide range of exercises to suit your particular needs. She is qualified as a Pilates instructor (Mat work level 1, 2 and 3)
Exercise is only one part of a healthy lifestyle; diet and nutrition also play a large part. Hannah holds a Level 3 qualification in Nutrition and Healthy Living, as well as a Diploma in Sports Nutrition.
For specific care needs, Hannah is qualified in Ante and Postnatal fitness with the YMCA, and is a back care specialist and sports massage therapist (AIQ), as well as having an up to date First Aid qualification for your complete peace of mind.
