Fitness Bootcamp also offers health and fitness tests. This is a great way to start your journey with us and as an ongoing way of measuring your success. In the assessment we carry out blood pressure, hip to waist measurements, weight, body composition, cardiovascular, muscular endurance and flexibility tests. These sessions need to be booked. Dates to include January 9th. At a discounted cost of £8.

In the past I had always enjoyed exercising, but of late, I had become very lazy and could not motivate myself or find any energy to do any form of fitness. I heard about Bootcamp through a friend and decided it was just what I needed to get me back in to exercising. I attended my first Bootcamp in November 2012 and thoroughly enjoyed it. The thing I particularly loved about Bootcamp was the sessions were varied and we never did the same thing twice. This kept me interested and motivated throughout the 6 weeks and by the time we reached the final session, I did not want Bootcamp to end!!! I immediately signed up for the next Bootcamp, but due to an accident at work I had to pull out. As soon as I’m able, I will most definitely be booking my place on Bootcamp!!! Bootcamp is good fun with friendly and helpful instructors and in my opinion is excellent value for money!!!

I started bc in November 2009 and immediately saw results. In my first six weeks I lost 5lbs and inches and centimetres on my hips, bust and waist. In my second I applied myself better with my diet and lost a further 12lbs in 6 weeks and dropped a dress size. The beauty of bootcamp is that the exercise varies every session which helps keep me interested and motivated the completion of the diet diary every week helps me focus on eating and drinking the right foods. Bootcamp has changed me from someone who never exercised into a healthier, slimmer person who now enjoys exercise and has a new sense of confidence.

The Pilates Method represents a unique approach to exercise that develops body awareness, improving and changing the body’s postural and alignment habits and increasing flexibility and ease of movement. I have over 18 years of experience in working with clients who suffer with back pain, I am an advanced pilates trained teacher and I have a level 4 back care qualification. My classes are always varied and range from simple daily exercises to using equipment such as bands and balls.

Create your own pilates class in the comfort of your home. Private sessions can be held at your home for yourself, partner or you and a group of friends! All you need is a little bit of space!
In this session we do a range of classes designed to tone your muscles, burn fat, improve posture and strength of the whole body, increase flexibility and have fun. Classes include Pilates, Tabata, circuits, equipment based, dance and aerobics. Each session is based on your ability and is low impact.

This class is suitable for both men and women looking to stay in shape and to join a social group for light exercise. We meet on a Monday 2.15 currently at Trinity Church hall.
Exercise includes gentle aerobics and weight training. Exercise is very important to keep your bones, muscles, ligaments and tendons strong as you get older and to keep the heart and lungs functionally well.
